Christian Härtge
Christian Härtge grew up and completed his chef’s training in Germany. He has held posts at the Grandhotel Giessbach, the Krafft Hotel Basel and the Kuhstall in St. Moritz, to name but a few. He then joined us at Salzhaus, where he’s been shaping the creative vision of our kitchen since we opened in 2009.
